Our exterior
Roofing
If you need a roof repair or an entire new roof installed, we can help. We can complete all structural work on flat and pitched roofs, using tiles or a variety of roofing materials, such as EDPM and fibreglass. We can also complete smaller tasks or regular jobs, such as clearing a blocked gutter or ongoing gutter maintenance.
Rendering
Rendering is the ideal way to modernise the outside of your property and give it a smooth, uniform appearance. We can help render the entire property, be it a single house or a whole block of flats, painting it in the colour of your choice.
Pointing
Pointing your brickwork can be completed to tidy up your home’s exterior. Mortar is softer than brick and becomes weathered over time, so we will re-touch the mortar joint. This might also be carried out as part of a larger external renovation project which could include rendering, and perhaps painting fascia boards or replacing roof tiles.
Painting
We can re-paint the facade of a property to completely refresh it, along with doors, windows and any other external features. A re-painting project might also include new rendering or repairs to existing rendering, which will improve and update the exterior. It can then be painted in a colour of your choice.
Stonework
Our skilled team of building contractors can repair existing stonework or start afresh, perhaps building a garden wall or some stone steps up to your property. We can also refresh existing stonework on a building or in your garden, making sure all work is structurally sound and fits in with the existing appearance of your building.
Patios
Ask us to design and install your new patio, either as part of a wider external property renovation or as a standalone project. We use premium natural stone to give you a high-end aesthetic. Our team complete the whole project, digging out foundations, laying hardcore/MOT and concrete, then lay your chosen stone.
Garden renovation
If you want more than just a new lawn or some landscaping, a building contractor is the perfect option for transforming your garden. We can complete structural work and brickwork, building walls or laying patios.
