“I have many years of experience in the construction industry, with an extensive portfolio managing projects including those large and small, complex, private and commercial. In my role, I always ensure that we meet deadlines, within budget, and complete work to the highest standard.

I have been privileged to work alongside my father, who managed his company for over 60 years. It has given me a thorough understanding of this sector. I began my career at the age of 16 working from the ground up as a labourer, and then across all trades for the next ten years hands-on with tools. I worked as a site foreman on all our building projects for the next ten years and became a 50/50 partner in my father’s company in 2012. Four years later in 2016, my father retired which is when I re-branded the company to Trident Building Renovation Ltd. Since becoming the Company Director, I have ensured our work ethic remains the same, so we can be the best in what we do. I have defined a clear strategy, maintained morale amongst staff, and ensured the knowledge we have is integral to what we do, thus helping us achieve the very best for our clients.”
